Pre Sale Questions

  • Specify which template and version you are using.
  • Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.
  • Send all information (staff account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the issues, link) to email@domain.com

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.
